Getting Started
Send us your product link (AliExpress, Alibaba, 1688, or a product photo) on WhatsApp. We'll check factory-direct pricing and shipping options to your target country, and send a quote within 24 hours. No account setup and no minimum order for standard dropshipping — you can start with a single product quote or one test order.
RyanFulfil is a China-based dropshipping fulfilment partner. We source products directly from factories, check quality, pack orders, and ship them to your customers worldwide. We have been operating since 2018 and handle 4,000+ daily orders for 500+ active clients.
We also run 10 dropshipping communities on Facebook with 3.4M+ combined members. Their public discussions surface recurring sourcing questions and operating concerns; client products, stores, orders, pricing and supplier details stay private. See why sellers switch from AliExpress to RyanFulfil for the full picture.
No. The service is sourcing, quality checks, warehousing, packing, shipping and store-connected fulfilment, with practical advice on stock levels and product quality. We do not recommend winning products, share other clients' products, find buyers, run ads or build stores.
If you are still choosing, shortlist two or three products from any public marketplace and we will check what is sourceable and what it costs to deliver to your market.

We fulfil orders for stores. Ordering one unit of a product to yourself to test the quality before you sell it is welcome — that's a normal step, and we handle it like any other order. For one-off personal shopping, ordering directly from the marketplace is faster and cheaper, and that's what we'll suggest.
No minimum order quantity for standard dropshipping. You can start with a single order to test the product, shipping speed, and our service quality. We scale with you — from testing one product to handling thousands of daily orders.
For custom branding and packaging, minimums apply depending on the product type and customization level. We'll quote this separately when you request it.
We ship to 150+ countries. Key markets include the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, and major European countries. We also ship across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America.
Check the shipping table for delivery estimates by country, or message us on WhatsApp if yours is not listed.
Two shipping speeds on most major routes, dispatched from our Guangzhou warehouse: Express typically takes 2–9 business days from dispatch on major routes (United States 5–8, United Kingdom 3–5, Germany 4–6, Australia 4–7, Hong Kong 2–5), and Standard/Economy typically takes 5–12 business days (United States 6–12, United Kingdom 5–8, Germany 6–10). Times are working days from dispatch — add 2–3 working days for sourcing and processing unless your product is pre-stocked; pre-stocked items ship same-day or next-day. Per-destination numbers for all 147 destinations are in the shipping table, and we include the route and ETA in your quote before you commit. For a closer look at real-world transit times, see how long YunExpress really takes.
Two different figures for the same destination are almost always the two lanes, not a contradiction: a transit figure belongs to a lane, so every quote names whether it is Standard or Express. If a number reaches you without its lane, ask which one before you promise it to a customer.

Measured across 143,000+ orders in our order-management system between May and mid-August 2026, the median time from customer payment to carrier handover was 1.7 days — and it stayed under two days even as monthly volume nearly doubled. Existing clients usually beat that median, because they park inventory with us and we fulfil from stock on the next working day.
When a product has sold out of parked stock, or for new clients on their first orders, allow 2–3 working days for the factory to deliver to our warehouse before dispatch. Parking stock of a winning product with us is the most reliable way to keep dispatch fast — see the full breakdown in our summer 2026 fulfilment data review.
The slow tail is almost always a stock wait, not a packing delay: in those same records only about 3% of orders were held for a replenishment before they could ship. That is the whole case for pre-stocking a proven product with us — it removes the one step that actually varies.
There is no guaranteed same-day purchase cut-off. To be safe, plan on an order paid today being purchased by the next working day; it is often sooner when the payment lands in the China morning.

Build it from the parts and publish it as an estimate, not a promise. An order paid today is purchased by the next working day — there is no guaranteed same-day cut-off — sourced goods take about 2–3 working days to reach our warehouse, and then your lane's transit window applies: Standard and Express carry different figures, and every quote names its lane. Weather, customs and carrier handling sit outside anyone's control, so show your customer the full range rather than the best case.

Product Sourcing
Send us your product link from AliExpress, Alibaba, 1688, or a product photo/description. We find the factory or suitable supplier, check quality, and quote product cost plus shipping to your target country.
We can also source custom products, private label items, and OEM/ODM manufacturing. For complex products, we handle factory negotiations, sample ordering, and quality control.
RyanFulfil does not own marketplace inventory or publish a fixed house catalogue, and we do not disclose other clients' products or sales research. Send one or two public marketplace listings, clear photos, or a specification brief as references.
We use them to match the exact version, check what is sourceable, and quote the customer-ready product and fulfilment route. A reference does not mean we buy from that page, guarantee an exact match, or match its displayed retail price.
If you have not chosen a product, shortlist one or two candidates. We can assess specification, sourceability, and fulfilment fit, but demand validation stays with your store.
Yes. For new customers, we can conduct a best-effort sourcing and availability check for one or two priority products before any orders are placed.
We limit pre-order checks so the team can prioritise products with active orders. Once a product gets an order, we move fast on sourcing and availability confirmation. Availability, pricing, and lead times can still change until the order is confirmed.
This is a priority order, not a cap. List as many products as you like in your store; sourcing works through two to five priority links per batch, and products with live orders go first.
If you ask us to source a long list with no orders behind it, we may ask for a small per-product sourcing fee, refunded against your first orders. It is not a revenue line — checking dozens of products before any order is real work, and our job is fulfilling orders. Until then, marketplace listings with standard shipping give a fair approximate price.
Yes. Send a 1688, Alibaba or AliExpress link as the product reference. We confirm the exact variant, supplier availability, order terms, movement inside China, quality-check needs, packing and international shipping before quoting.
A lower listing price is not automatically a lower landed cost. See the complete 1688 vs Alibaba sourcing comparison.
Yes, send it. A photo, a screenshot or a still from a video is enough for us to start an image search, and it is often all a seller has. What an image cannot carry is the part that decides the price: size, material, variant and what is in the box. Treat the first match as a candidate rather than a confirmation.
Three things turn a picture into something quotable: where the image came from, the destination country, and the variant or size you intend to list. A marketplace link is faster and exact where one exists; where it does not, the source of the image is usually the route back to a sourceable listing. If the exact item cannot be found we offer the closest match and say plainly that it is a similar product, not the same one. One caution: an image taken from another seller’s page shows the look, not the licence — if the design carries someone else’s mark or artwork, we screen that before quoting.

Yes, when it makes sense. Most sellers skip a sample for fast dropshipping tests since it adds cost and can slow testing by days. Samples are worth it when quality, sizing, feel, compliance, or branding matters before you scale. We can order it to our warehouse, inspect it, and send photos or video before forwarding it to you if needed — cost is product price plus shipping, quoted upfront.
Samples from several factories can go on one consolidated sample invoice, be received and photographed at the warehouse, and ship together to one address.

Every product is inspected at our Guangzhou warehouse before shipping. We check for: correct product, color, size, defects, packaging condition, and accessories. We send you photos of the first batch and ongoing random checks for repeat orders.
For high-value or complex products, we offer detailed inspection reports including weight, dimensions, and functionality testing.
The product matches the listed specifications — size, material, and other features. What can vary is the photo: listing photos are sometimes lightly edited or studio-lit, so real-world color or finish can look slightly different even though the product matches spec.
We inspect what actually arrives before it ships to your customer and flag anything meaningfully off rather than shipping it quietly. If exact look matters, order a sample first so you know precisely what your customers will receive.
Best to check first — we can align the product to a size chart in cm or inches so the measurements are unambiguous regardless of region, rather than relying on a label like "L" or "XL" that means different things in different countries. Tell us which region you're selling to and we'll confirm the actual measurements before you order.
Yes, we handle OEM (original equipment manufacturing) and ODM (original design manufacturing) projects. This includes custom packaging, branded inserts, logo printing, product modifications, and even new product development.
There is no universal branding MOQ: it depends on the exact product, material, printing method and factory. Simple stickers or cards are usually the lowest-commitment route; custom boxes and product changes normally require a larger production run. We quote the applicable minimum before you approve anything.
Yes. "Choice" listings are fulfilled from AliExpress's own warehouses, so we don't buy from the listing itself — we trace the same product back to the factory or 1688 supplier and quote you factory-direct. Send the Choice link like any other product link. One honest caveat: Choice listings are promoted and often subsidised by AliExpress, and a platform subsidy is not something any agent can match — so on a subsidised Choice price we may simply not be cheaper on that order. We will tell you when that is the case rather than quote around it — and the gap usually closes once you are ordering consistently, or once branding, QC and consolidated shipping matter to you.
Yes. We photograph and film products at our warehouse — white-background and flat-lay shots for listings, plus short video clips for ads. It's faster and cheaper than shipping yourself a sample just for content. We do this for products you're ordering or seriously testing, typically 1–2 to start and more as you scale. Tell us what you need with your quote request and we'll price it per product.
Before an order or sample exists, only the supplier's listing images and any supplier video are available, and many factories have no real-shot photos at all. Our own photos and video are taken once goods reach the Guangzhou warehouse, so real imagery arrives with a sample or your first purchase, not before it.
No. We do not source counterfeit goods, unauthorized replica branded products, or anything that infringes a trademark.
If you want to sell in a branded-feeling category, we can help you build your own private-label version instead — your own logo, packaging, and design on a similar product.
Your own logo on an unbranded product is fine, subject to the printing method and any minimum, and so is your own registered brand manufactured in China, with the brand paperwork available for customs. A third party's trademark — a sports club, a car maker, a luxury house, a sportswear label — cannot be shipped regardless of who arranges the freight.
Whose mark it is sorts every request in one question; the three answers and what each one can ship are in own brand, third-party brand or lookalike.
Where the factory holds valid documents, we can request them on your behalf — CE, RoHS, FCC, EN71 (toys), UN38.3 (lithium batteries), CPSC/CPC (US children's products), MSDS, and LUCID (Germany's packaging registration) are among the most common asks. We don't create, falsify, or guarantee certificates ourselves.
If a product needs independent lab testing or region-specific approval the factory doesn't already hold — for example CPNP for cosmetics, or GPSR documentation for the EU — we can help apply for it. We'll tell you upfront what's realistic, what it costs, and how long it takes.
Many factories release test reports only after an order is placed, or only at a minimum quantity, because earlier buyers misused them, and some hold only non-EU paperwork. Ask for the document status before you list the product, and budget for third-party testing where the factory has nothing.
Sometimes — it depends on the specific product, its ingredients or components, and the import rules for your destination country. Supplements, peptides, vape products, and similar regulated categories need a closer check before we quote.
Send us the product and target country and we'll tell you straight away whether it's something we can move, and what documentation might be needed.
Fulfilment & Shipping
No — we are not your EU Responsible Person, and we would be careful of any China-based agent who says they are. Under the EU’s General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), anything sold to an EU consumer needs a Responsible Person established inside the EU whose name and address appear on the product or its packaging. That is a legal role carrying real liability, and it has to sit with an entity in the EU.
What we can do is the practical part around it. We can help you apply for the GPSR documentation a product needs, and we can help you find a third party willing to act as your Responsible Person — a fee usually applies for that, charged by them rather than absorbed by us. Once that is in place, we fulfil the orders as normal, including printing the required details on labels and packaging.
If you are selling into the EU and have not sorted this yet, raise it before you scale rather than after a marketplace flags it. Tell us the product and the markets you are selling into and we will tell you plainly what applies.
The same logic applies to packaging registration such as Germany's LUCID and the wider EU packaging rules: we are not registered, and we cannot advise you on your obligations as the seller. If you are registering, we can help with the practical side — packaging materials and weights, and the data a scheme asks for. Your customers are not asked for money at the door — we ship DDP, and EU import VAT runs through IOSS.
1. Orders come in — Your connected-store, CSV/Excel, or manual orders are imported to our system. 2. Pick & pack — We locate the product in our warehouse, inspect it, and pack it with your branding (if selected). 3. Ship — We generate tracking and ship directly to your customer. 4. Update — For connected stores, tracking uploads back automatically after fulfilment.
You'll have a dedicated WhatsApp contact for any questions, changes, or issues with specific orders.
Yes, we offer several branding options: logo stickers on packaging, thank-you cards, branded tissue paper, custom boxes, and branded tape. We can also include promotional inserts or discount codes for your customers.
Branding setup is free — you just pay for the materials used. We'll store your branded materials in our warehouse and apply them to every order automatically.
There is no single minimum that applies to every branding method. Stock stickers, cards or simple inserts are usually the lowest-commitment options, while custom-printed boxes, direct product printing and product changes depend on the material, factory and production method.
Send us the exact product and branding brief and we will confirm the applicable minimum before production. Many sellers start with a simple insert or sticker and move to custom manufacturing only after demand is proven.
No. Orders ship in plain packaging by default — no AliExpress logos, no Chinese writing, no supplier invoices, and no promotional inserts inside.
If you're selling on a platform like Etsy that restricts tracking referencing a Chinese origin, message us so we can check what's realistic for that specific shipping route before you commit.
For connected stores, tracking numbers are automatically uploaded after fulfilment. Shopify connects via collaborator access — no staff account needed. WooCommerce can connect directly. For TikTok Shop, eBay, Etsy, Amazon, or other platforms, we can start with CSV/Excel tracking first and discuss direct account access only when you are comfortable.
Your store sends the customer tracking notification.
Tracking is issued when the parcel is dispatched from our Guangzhou warehouse — after the goods have arrived from the supplier and passed inspection — and it is uploaded to a connected store or posted in your group the same day. Some lines add a separate last-mile number a day or so later, and a dispatch from an overseas warehouse can lag by a day.
We do not generate a number before the goods are in hand. A label created early starts the carrier's transit clock while the parcel has not moved, which creates exactly the “no update for a week” complaint it was meant to prevent.

On a DDP route, no. Delivered Duty Paid is standard on the vast majority of the routes we ship, and duties and customs clearance sit inside your all-in quote — so your customer is not asked for money at the door. It is not absolute: a few jurisdictions do not allow duty to be prepaid the same way, and we say so on the route rather than after a parcel is stuck.
The rules behind that number differ by market. For EU orders under €150, VAT is collected at your checkout and remitted through IOSS. The UK runs its own supply-VAT rule at the £135 threshold — a separate scheme, not part of IOSS. And since the United States suspended duty-free de minimis entry, low-value US parcels are dutiable like any other import; on our DDP routes that duty sits inside the quoted price rather than arriving as a bill at your customer’s door.
One thing to set up in your checkout: some countries require the recipient's local tax ID for clearance — Turkey (TC Kimlik No), Chile (RUT), Brazil (CPF for individuals, CNPJ for businesses), South Korea (PCCC), Argentina (CUIL) and Mexico (RFC). A few other destinations have similar rules. Collect the ID at checkout for those countries and orders clear smoothly — we'll flag it whenever you quote a destination that needs one.
Almost everywhere, but a few destinations are genuinely limited — mainly remote islands and some hard-to-reach addresses, where delivery can be much slower than our usual timelines or, in some cases, not available at all.
If you're targeting a specific country or region before running ads or launching a product, send it to us on WhatsApp first and we'll confirm exactly what's realistic for that destination.
Türkiye is case by case at the moment: small-parcel channels there are unstable, so ask before you list for Turkish customers. When a route is open, clearance needs the recipient's national ID number, collected at checkout.
Remote areas and islands are usually reachable, but expect the route to cost more and take longer than the mainland figure, and tell us the destination before you list so the quote reflects it.
Since 1 July 2026, the EU applies a temporary customs duty of €3 per customs item in a low-value consignment with an intrinsic value up to €150 — not per parcel and not per physical unit. Official guidance defines an item by shared tariff classification, description and, where provided, origin; the system calculates the duty per declaration line regardless of quantity. The Commission's example is five T-shirts as one item and €3, while a T-shirt plus a watch are two items and €6. It is separate from IOSS/VAT and is included in RyanFulfil's all-in quote for the applicable EU route.
This fee is temporary — as legislated it runs until 1 July 2028, when normal product-specific tariffs take over. A separate EU handling-fee mechanism was agreed in March 2026, but its amount had still not been published when we last reviewed this page, so it is in nobody’s quote yet, ours included.
RyanFulfil also has a tax-inclusive clearance channel in routine use for eligible EU orders with a €2 per-code commercial pass-through and roughly two to three additional working days. That is a route price, not a second EU legal rate, and eligibility depends on the product and destination. Dispatching stock already inside the EU avoids this direct-import duty on the domestic customer parcel, but replaces it with inbound, storage, domestic-delivery and inventory costs. Read the full breakdown in our EU customs-item duty guide. Last verified 26 August 2026.
It depends entirely on where the parcel already is — not on how the request is made. Before we purchase from the supplier, almost anything can change and cancelling is free. After purchase but before packing, the product is effectively fixed while the address usually is not, and a cancellation may carry a supplier handling deduction because goods have already moved.
After packing but before carrier handover, an address change means unpacking and relabelling: it is work rather than an impossibility, and it is the last inexpensive moment. Once the parcel is with the carrier, treat it as gone — the remaining options are refusal at the door, return to sender, redelivery to a new address at a cost, or handling it as an after-sales case.
Ask us for your cut-off in writing, including the hour and the weekend rule, so you can quote it directly in your own store policy. Our guide to order-change cut-offs sets out what each stage still allows.
Usually not — because the ordinary small-parcel model does not create an import entry in your company's name. Under low-value import schemes such as IOSS, VAT is charged to your customer at the point of sale and remitted through a return, rather than paid by you at the border. Nothing was paid at import, so there is nothing for you to deduct. Where a carrier or clearance partner imports under its own arrangements, you are not the importer of record and have no entitlement to that entry.
If you need recoverable import VAT, that is a shipping-model decision rather than a paperwork problem: you generally have to become the importer of record yourself, which means bulk shipment on ex-works or free-on-board terms, a customs registration and often a local VAT registration in the destination country. VAT rules differ by country and change over time, so confirm your position with an accountant or tax adviser in that market first. Our importer-of-record guide compares the two models.
Couriers charge by whichever is greater: the actual weight, or the "dimensional weight" calculated from the package's size (length × width × height, using a standard formula). We also can't ship a product naked — protective packing like bubble wrap or foam adds both weight and bulk on top of the bare product, which pushes the box size (and sometimes the dimensional weight) up further.
A light but bulky or fragile item can end up costing more to ship than its bare product weight implies. We quote based on the real dimensional weight, including packaging, upfront so there's no surprise later, and we're happy to walk through the specific calculation for your product. For the full breakdown, see why your shipping quote doesn't match the box weight.
Yes, we offer pre-stocking for scaling products. Send us inventory in bulk and we'll advise on practical quantities based on your order volume. Storage is free for products with consistent orders fulfilled through us. If inventory sits for a long time without active orders, we will discuss a practical storage plan with you before any charge is applied.
Pre-stocked orders ship same-day or next-day, dramatically improving delivery times and customer satisfaction.
If you hold stock with us and want pick, pack and handover only — your own products, even your own carrier labels — the same rule applies: you get one all-in per-order figure, and any additional cost is stated before you agree to it.
Our main warehouse is in Guangzhou, China, and that's where the vast majority of orders dispatch from.
Overseas warehouse options (US, UK, EU, Japan) may be available through partners for proven products at suitable volumes — message us to check what's possible for your specific product and market.
If you'd like to see where your orders are actually packed, we're happy to send a video or photo tour of the warehouse — just ask.
An overseas warehouse ships only inventory you have stocked there. Orders for products you have not stocked still leave from Guangzhou, and other clients' stock is private — it is never shared, lent or listed for anyone else.

Returns are typically handled by you (the store owner) since we ship directly to your customers. For lost packages or damage from our fulfilment error, we offer free reshipment or refund. For factory defects, we negotiate the replacement or refund with the supplier — you don't chase anyone.
In practice this comes up rarely. Across 143,000+ orders in our order-management records from 1 May to 14 August 2026, over 99% needed no refund at all — about 7 in every 1,000 orders did. It is a small number because the checks happen before dispatch, not after a complaint.
Send photos taken on arrival for damage, or a short video for malfunctions, as soon as your customer receives the parcel — this lets us resolve it quickly with the factory or courier without back-and-forth. We aim to resolve confirmed issues as soon as possible, though timing can vary case by case.
If a customer just changes their mind rather than the item being faulty, we don't refund shipping — that cost generally falls to you as the dropshipper, handled case by case.
You have 14 days from delivery to report a defect or damage. Send a photo of the problem and we resend the item. After 14 days we keep helping — it stops being automatic and becomes a case-by-case call, because at that distance ordinary use is hard to separate from a fault. The window runs from delivery, not from the day your customer opens the box, so the useful habit is to ask for photos at the first complaint. Who pays by cause, and how to map your own store warranty onto this window, is in the after-sales window guide.
A chargeable resend is created only when you ask us to resend it — we never create one on our own. We tell you the moment it goes out, and you have 24 hours to change your mind while we can still pull it back from the shipper; after that it is on its way, because a fast resend is what keeps your customer happy.

When Things Go Wrong
Send us the order number on WhatsApp and we chase the carrier directly — you don't wait on hold with a courier in another language. Most "stuck" parcels are customs or line-haul delays that resume within days. If tracking confirms the parcel is genuinely lost, we reship free or refund, before your customer has to escalate.
Related: Lost or damaged packages
At whichever access point the last-mile carrier assigned once the parcel reached its network. We do not hold pickup addresses for foreign towns — the destination carrier chooses the point after the parcel lands — so your customer finds out which one by putting the local reference into that carrier’s own tracking page or contacting it directly. The carrier will deal only with the recipient, so the local reference has to reach your customer.
Before treating a quiet parcel as lost, check whether it is simply waiting to be collected: on routes that end at a collection point rather than at a door, that is the commonest explanation. If the carrier’s line will not connect, suspect its opening hours before a fault, because support windows are shorter at weekends. An uncollected parcel is on a clock and goes back into the overseas return network if it is left, so tell your customer the consequence as well as the address.

If a package is lost in transit (confirmed by tracking), we offer free reshipment or a full refund. For damaged items, we check whether it was shipping damage or a product defect: our packing error means we reship free; a factory defect means we handle the claim with the supplier and reship or refund. We deal with the carriers and factories — you don't need to chase anyone.
Ask your customer to photograph the parcel and the product on receipt and to tell you straight away. Damage or a defect reported at receipt is resent at our cost. A fault reported after prolonged use is more likely wear and tear and is handled case by case.

We tell you before it becomes your customer's problem. If a design or variant runs out, we check the restock timeline with the factory, look for the same item from backup suppliers, and — where it helps — ask whether the customer would accept a switch to an available variant. For products that are scaling, we recommend pre-stocking so a factory delay never stops your orders.

If the order hasn't shipped yet, message us and we correct the address — done. If it's already in transit or comes back to sender, we check with the carrier whether redelivery is possible; if not, we confirm the resend options and costs with you before doing anything. Where the error was ours, the resend is on us.
A parcel that cannot be delivered goes back to the carrier's overseas return hub, not to China. A resend from the hub needs a corrected full address and a reachable phone number, carries a shipping fee, and runs on the original tracking number. Each hub holds a returned parcel for a limited time before disposal, so corrected details need to reach us quickly — after that only a new parcel from China is possible. The full sequence is in what happens after a failed delivery.

Platform Integrations
As a Shopify Partner, we connect via collaborator access — no staff account needed. You generate a collaborator code in your Shopify admin, share it with us on WhatsApp, and we connect. Orders sync automatically, and tracking uploads back to your store after dispatch.
You maintain full control of your store. We only access order data and fulfilment settings.
Agree a start order number when you link, so the orders you have already handled stay with you. If the access request never appears, regenerate the code; if orders stop syncing after a store transfer or an app reinstall, re-authorise and place a test order. The walkthrough is in connecting a Shopify store to a fulfilment agent.
Yes. WooCommerce connects the same way as Shopify. For eBay, Etsy, TikTok Shop, Amazon, and other platforms, we fulfil via CSV/Excel order files. Automatic fulfilment on these platforms would need your account username and password, which we don't encourage sharing — CSV keeps things secure and works well in practice.
Etsy, TikTok Shop, and Amazon generally expect in-country fulfilment to avoid account risk — check their current policies yourself before relying on cross-border dropshipping through us. We do have local warehouses (for example the US and UK), but using them means stocking inventory in advance rather than dropshipping — a different model we're happy to talk through if you're scaling on one of these platforms.
You don't need to rebuild anything. Keep your store and product listings exactly as they are, connect us via collaborator access, and we take over fulfilment product by product — you can move one test product first and migrate the rest once you're happy. You can keep DSers or CJ installed during the transition; nothing needs to be deleted.

Yes, we accept CSV uploads for bulk orders. The CSV should include: order ID, customer name, shipping address, product SKU, quantity, and any special instructions. We process CSV orders within 24–48 hours.
Payments & Pricing
Almost every quote is all-in: product cost, packing and handling, and shipping to your customer's country in one figure, with no separate service fee and no monthly subscription — you pay per order. Where a separate line does apply (branded packaging, a special shipping channel, the EU per-HS-code customs line) it is stated on the quote, never added afterwards.
Typical all-in costs range from $8–25 per order depending on product weight, shipping method, and destination. For high-volume clients, we negotiate volume discounts and better shipping rates. What actually moves that number — product, protection, destination, customisation, HS codes and volume — is broken down on our pricing page, including when we are not the cheaper option.
Every quote states the exact variant, what the figure includes, the lane and destination it was priced for, and the lead time before transit starts. If you cannot read those from a quote, ask before comparing it with a listing price — how to read a landed-price quote walks through each line.
The rule holds for every arrangement, including fulfilment-only work on stock you already own: one all-in figure per order that covers pick, pack and handover, with anything additional stated up front rather than discovered on an invoice.
Send three things — the exact link, the shipping method and a checkout-total screenshot — and we recheck it against the same variant, landed, on the same lane. Most gaps close or explain themselves at that point: a listing price and a cross-border quote are rarely describing the same delivered parcel. If the supplier can beat it we requote; if not, we say so plainly rather than quote around it.

We accept Wise and bank transfer. The current invoice confirms the currency, beneficiary and funding deadline for that order or balance.
Repeat accounts may use an agreed prepaid balance or consolidated invoice batches, but work is released only against the funding terms confirmed for that account. Ask us before relying on any alternative payment method. Read our billing and prepaid-balance guide for the operating model.
Yes, every order comes with a detailed invoice including product cost, packing and shipping, and any branding or special-channel lines. We also provide shipping proof with tracking numbers for your records.
These work for your own accounting, tax filing, payment-provider reviews, or audits — documentation of the transaction itself, separate from product certifications.
For business clients, we can provide monthly consolidated invoices for easier accounting.
An agreed refund is credited against your next invoice, or transferred when there is no open invoice, at the price the item was sold to you rather than your retail price. You refund your own customer through your store, and the credit on your invoice is the proof that the case is closed.
If you close your account, any remaining prepaid balance is returned the same way once open orders are settled.

We invoice your orders, and you pay when it suits you — daily, every few days, or weekly. We fulfil and upload tracking numbers once payment comes in. If something goes wrong on our side — a confirmed defect or a lost parcel we cover — we resend it free, credit your account, or refund you, whichever you prefer.

No — goods are purchased after payment is received, and that's what keeps every order funded and moving. As your volume grows, billing gets smoother rather than looser: consolidated invoices, daily or weekly batches, or a prepaid balance, so individual transfers stop being the bottleneck. The workflow is set out in our billing and prepaid-balance guide.

You are quoted and invoiced in one currency, and that is the number you pay. We carry the exchange-rate movement between the quote and your payment rather than repricing you for it. If a rate moves far enough that we genuinely cannot hold a number, we tell you before you order — not after.
No surcharge on USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, NZD or SGD. Turkish lira and Hungarian forint carry a small surcharge, because conversion losses on those two are materially higher than on the rest. Payment is by Wise or bank transfer, and your current invoice confirms the currency, beneficiary and funding deadline for that order or balance. If you need a different payment method, ask us before you rely on it rather than assuming it is available.
Support & Communication
Primary contact is via WhatsApp at +86 178 4666 9989. Our median first reply is 23 minutes in working hours, and 95% of requests get one inside 24 hours. For complex issues, we schedule a voice call or video call to resolve quickly.
You can also reach us through our Facebook communities, LinkedIn, or email info@ryanfulfil.com. As a client, you'll have a dedicated contact who knows your products and order history.
Median first reply: 23 minutes. Measured across 704 client requests logged by both our client teams between 17 and 22 August 2026, for messages arriving inside our working hours. Six in ten were answered inside the hour, and 95% of all requests — including those that landed overnight — had a reply within 24 hours.
The honest other half of that number: about one in five in-hours messages still took more than half a day. A message arriving at 10pm China time is answered the next morning, not the same evening. And a first reply is not a resolved problem, which is why the rest of this answer is about what happens after it.
A live order problem goes ahead of a quoting question. Anything that depends on a factory or supplier gets a named working day rather than a vague soon, because Chinese factories and most suppliers are closed at the weekend. What we will not do is send you an acknowledgement and call the matter handled: every update names the current stage, who owns it, when the next update comes and what evidence closes it. Our team is based in Guangzhou, China (UTC+8), which covers European morning time and US evening time well.
Chat support answers Monday to Saturday, but factories and most suppliers are closed at the weekend. Sourcing, quotations and purchasing therefore resume on Monday, and an order paid on a Sunday is purchased on Monday.
Process questions — how to connect a store, how the flow works, what to send — are answered straight away. Anything that needs a supplier gets a named working day rather than a guess, and transit ranges are quoted in working days for the same reason.
Our team communicates in English and Chinese, and you can write in your own language in chat — French, German, Spanish or anything else. Message us in your native language and we'll translate it and reply in English.
For video calls, Zoom captions or translation cover 10+ major languages — Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Japanese, Korean, Russian, and Ukrainian — depending on your Zoom setup, so you can speak your language while the team speaks English. The settings are configured once inside the meeting, and we guide you through them the first time. Our China team also talks directly with factories in Chinese, so sourcing, pricing checks, and issue resolution don't rely on third-party translation.
Scaling & Growth
Yes, we currently handle 4,000+ daily orders and have capacity for more. Our warehouse and team scale with your growth. For high-volume clients, we assign dedicated staff, negotiate better shipping rates, and optimize packing processes for speed.
We also help with inventory planning, pre-stocking, and backup supplier management to prevent stockouts during viral product spikes.
Orders sync from your store automatically and are picked, checked, and dispatched in daily batches — you don't touch individual orders. You get a dedicated WhatsApp contact who knows your products, weekly billing instead of per-order payments, and proactive stock alerts. At this volume we'll also recommend pre-stocking your top sellers so dispatch is same-day.

We monitor your daily order volume and proactively reach out when we see spikes. We maintain relationships with multiple suppliers for popular products, so we can quickly switch or scale production. For predictable viral products, we recommend pre-stocking inventory to handle the initial surge.
To be concrete about scale: our largest single dropship account ships 400–500 orders a day, and several others run in the hundreds. Scaling that fast reliably surfaces two things: supplier capacity, and a defect rate that only becomes visible at volume. We pre-stock proven products to handle the first. The second needs a root-cause review with the factory rather than replacement after replacement, and on at least one account we were slower to escalate that than we should have been.
Real numbers from accounts that scaled, including what went wrong on each, are on our case studies page.
Yes. We can sign an NDA on request for sensitive or winning products. We don't share your product links, supplier details, pricing, sales data, or store information with other clients or third parties, and we don't use your private research to pitch products to anyone else. If another seller independently sends us the same public product reference, we can still source it for them — we just won't reveal anything that came from you.
