1. Who we are
RyanFulfil is a China-based dropshipping fulfilment service operated by Ryan ("we", "us", "our"). Our website is ryanfulfil.com. We provide product sourcing, packing, and direct-to-customer shipping services for e-commerce sellers worldwide.
2. What information we collect
We collect information you provide directly when you contact us, including:
- Your name and business name
- Contact details (WhatsApp number, email address)
- Product links, order details, and shipping addresses you share with us
- Messages and communications you choose to send through WhatsApp, including a quote brief prepared by our form
The quote form prepares a WhatsApp message in your browser. Its field contents are not submitted to a RyanFulfil website server before WhatsApp opens.
We do not collect payment card information. Payments are handled through agreed methods directly.
3. How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- Process and fulfil your orders
- Source products and provide quotes
- Communicate order updates, tracking numbers, and issue resolutions
- Respond to your enquiries
We do not use your information for marketing without your consent, and we do not sell your data to third parties.
4. Product confidentiality
We understand that your product choices are commercially sensitive. We do not share information about the products you source or sell with any other sellers or third parties. Your winning products stay confidential.
5. How we share your information
We share limited information only where necessary to fulfil your orders:
- Suppliers and factories — product specifications and quantities required for sourcing
- Shipping carriers — recipient name, address, and package details required for delivery
We do not share your contact details or business information with suppliers or carriers beyond what is operationally required.
6. Data retention
We retain order and communication records for as long as necessary to support your account and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us on WhatsApp.
7. Website analytics, cookies and third-party services
Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 are optional. They stay blocked until you choose Accept analytics. If accepted, Google Analytics may use first-party cookies or similar identifiers and may process the page viewed, referral source, approximate location, browser or device information, and website interactions such as an outbound WhatsApp click or an outbound email click. We do not send the name, product link, quote-form field contents, or WhatsApp message text you enter to Google Analytics.
We store your analytics choice in your browser under rf-analytics-consent-v1 so we can respect it on later pages. This preference is necessary to remember whether you accepted or declined analytics. Use the Privacy choices button at the bottom of any page to review or change your choice. Declining analytics does not restrict the website or quote journey.
Our website is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes technical request data for hosting, security, and aggregate web analytics. We do not use third-party IP-location lookup on the website.
If you choose a WhatsApp link, WhatsApp processes the message and related account or device data under its own terms. You can read the privacy policies for Google, Cloudflare, and WhatsApp.
8. Your rights (GDPR)
If you are based in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to how we use your data
