What happens if an order is lost, damaged or wrong?

How it works in practice
You forward the issue
Send the order reference and a short description on WhatsApp. Report a defect or damage with a photo within 14 days of delivery; we resend. After 14 days, support continues case by case. Include parcel photos if available and, for a fault, the steps already tried.

We contact the factory or carrier and ask you for anything else we need to move the case forward.
We resolve it
Reshipment, replacement, or credit — depending on the confirmed issue. We update you with the outcome.
