Proof, definitions and limits
A large number without its population, period and source is hard to compare and easy to misuse. This page separates fixed-window operating measurements, a dated service review and current management-declared scale so they do not get presented as the same kind of evidence.
Assurance status: these figures are management-prepared. Some are reconciled across operating exports or reviewed separately from the client teams, but none is described here as independently audited. The useful first standard is reproducibility, not a badge we have not earned.
