Fulfilment from China to Europe
European orders rarely fail in the warehouse. They fail at the border, on a product rule nobody read, or on a clearance channel chosen without knowing what it trades away. This page collects what actually governs a parcel leaving our Guangzhou warehouse for a customer in France, Germany, Spain or Italy — the transit time you can quote, the charges that land, and the rules that follow the product rather than the parcel.
Working language: write to us in French, Spanish, German or another European language. We read it through translation and reply in English or Chinese — enquiries do not have to arrive in English. On a video call, Zoom captions or translation cover ten or more major languages including French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese and Dutch, depending on your Zoom plan. Transit times to the main European markets
Working days from dispatch on the routes we run most often. Add 2–3 days processing unless the product is already pre-stocked for you. A dash means that channel is not listed for the destination.
| Destination | Express | Standard / Economy |
| France | 3–5 | 6–10 |
| Netherlands | 3–6 | 6–10 |
| Belgium | 3–6 | 6–10 |
| Germany | 4–6 | 6–10 |
| Spain | 5–8 | 6–10 |
| Italy | 5–8 | 6–10 |
| Sweden | 5–7 | 6–10 |
| Denmark | 5–7 | 6–10 |
| Poland | 6–8 | 6–10 |
| Austria | 6–8 | 6–10 |

Every other European destination we serve, including Greece, Cyprus, the Baltics and Turkey, is in the full 147-destination shipping table. These are estimates from dispatch, not guarantees: a customs hold or a local last-mile problem sits outside any dispatch estimate.
What actually lands at the border
| Charge or rule | What it means for a European order |
| Temporary customs-item duty | Since 1 July 2026 the EU applies €3 per customs item in a low-value consignment with an intrinsic value up to €150. Official guidance defines the item by tariff classification, description and, where provided, origin; the system calculates it per declaration line regardless of quantity. It is separate from IOSS/VAT and is scheduled to run until 1 July 2028. |
| RyanFulfil's lower-pass-through channel | An eligible tax-inclusive route carries a €2 per-code commercial pass-through and roughly two to three additional working days. This is a route price, not a second EU legal rate, so confirm the exact product and destination. |
| IOSS | For EU orders under €150, VAT is charged to your customer at the point of sale and remitted through a return rather than paid by you at the border. Nothing was paid at import, so there is nothing of yours to deduct. |
| DDP as the default | Delivered Duty Paid is standard on the vast majority of routes, so your customer is not asked for money at the door. It is not absolute — a few jurisdictions diverge, and we say so on the route rather than after the parcel is stuck. |
| Reshipments | The per-code charge applies to a free replacement too, because customs charges the parcel, not the invoice. Budget it into your replacement policy, not just your first shipment. |
| EU warehouse dispatch | Dispatching from inside the EU avoids the charge altogether. Orders normally leave Guangzhou, but an EU, UK, US or Japan warehouse option may be available through partners for a proven product at suitable volumes — ask, rather than assuming it is China-only. Weigh it properly first: for lightweight products the minimum domestic parcel rate in several European markets can cost more than the charge you save. |

Rules that follow the product, not the parcel
GPSR needs a named person in the EU
Selling into the EU requires a responsible person established there. That is a role with an address and accountability, not a line in your listing, and it is yours to appoint rather than something a China-side fulfilment partner can be. The same goes for packaging registration such as Germany's LUCID: we are not registered and cannot advise you as the seller, but we can help with the packaging data a scheme asks for.

Remote areas and islands cost more and take longer
Most remote postcodes and islands in Spain, Italy, Greece and elsewhere are reachable, but the route is likely to cost more and run slower than the mainland figure, and some carriers ask the recipient for extra details. Name the destination before you list so the quote reflects it.
The addresses standard shipping cannot always reach →
Turkey is case by case, and asks for the recipient's ID
Small-parcel channels to Turkey are unstable at the moment, so confirm the route before listing. When it is open, clearance requires the customer's national ID (TC Kimlik No); collect it at checkout, because chasing it after dispatch leaves the parcel waiting at the border.

Importer of record is a decision
Someone is the importer on every European parcel. Knowing who, before a customs question arrives, is the difference between answering it and discovering it.

Product claims have to survive Europe
A claim that passes unnoticed elsewhere can be the one a European marketplace or regulator asks you to defend. Write claims you can evidence.

How your store connects
| Platform | Order and tracking flow |
| Shopify | Full two-way automation through collaborator access — no staff account needed. We pull the order, fulfil it and upload tracking, which triggers your customer's shipping notification. |
| WooCommerce | The same two-way automation, authorised from your WooCommerce settings. |
| TikTok Shop, eBay, Etsy | Tracking numbers are sent to you to update on your side. |
Before live volume we verify how your exact store sends orders and when tracking returns. See the full integration workflow →
Paying from Europe
Euros are accepted with no FX surcharge, alongside USD, GBP, CAD, AUD, NZD and SGD. Hungarian forint and Turkish lira carry a small surcharge, because conversion losses on those two are materially higher than on the rest. Payment is by Wise or bank transfer. What a delivered European order actually costs you, line by line, is on the pricing page and in the fulfilment cost calculator.
The operation behind the route
RyanFulfil has run from Guangzhou since 2018. The desk currently handles 4,000+ orders a day for 500+ active clients, shipping to more than 150 countries. European routes are not an occasional favour for a side market — they are a daily lane with the customs history to match, which is why the charges above are written as specifics rather than as advice to ask your agent.
We are an agent rather than a platform: the people who answer your message are the people who fix the order. What that changes →
