Sunday Reset: Clearing the Questions That Pile Up

 ·  ⏱ 1 min read
Turn open questions into owned next steps. A quiet day is useful when it leaves the next busy one clearer.

Some operational days are loud: orders move, questions arrive, and every answer seems to create another branch. A quieter Sunday is where we catch the loose ends before they become Monday emergencies. This week, that meant reviewing open sourcing questions, checking what needed a stock confirmation, and separating delivery questions with a real next step from those waiting on outside information.

The useful habit is not trying to solve everything at once. We leave each item with an owner, the evidence still needed, and the next time it should be checked. That is how a vague request for an update becomes a useful answer instead of a promise nobody can keep.

For sellers, keep one place for open questions and make the next action visible. It reduces duplicated messages, avoids assumptions, and makes a fulfilment partner much easier to work with when the week speeds up again.
