Can You Receive Stock From My Own Supplier?

4 min read
Can you receive stock from my own supplier? Agree the intake before the goods move; the warehouse then ships each order.

Yes. Once intake is agreed before the goods move, your own supplier or factory can send stock to our Guangzhou warehouse, and we receive it, store it, and pick, pack and ship your orders for one all-in per-order figure, with any extra cost stated before you agree to it. Storage is free while your orders are consistent, with a storage plan agreed before any charge, and on arrival the goods are counted and checked against what you told us was coming, not inspected unit by unit.

Own-supplier stock passes three agreements before it ships: intake agreed, each inbound announced and marked for matching, and the check scope settled. Then orders are picked, packed and shipped, with tracking back to the store or order sheet.

Can a China agent receive stock from my own supplier and ship my orders?

Yes, once three things are confirmed: how the supplier will send the stock, which checks you want on arrival, and what it costs.

In the week to 2 October 2026, at least ten separate sellers asked to send stock from their own supplier or factory into the Guangzhou warehouse.

Already ordered from a supplier? Raise it before the goods move; the FAQ on supplier platforms sets out the same order.

Why not have my supplier ship to my customers directly?

If your supplier already ships single orders to your market at a price and speed you accept, you may not need a warehouse in between.

The warehouse route adds what surrounds the parcel: a check against your approved reference, packing to your instruction, a lane chosen per destination, and tracking returned to your store or order sheet. The steps are on the how-it-works page.

What do you need before my supplier sends anything?

Enough to price one selling unit to each destination. Send these before the supplier books a courier:

  • The product link, or clear photos of the product and its packaging, to confirm it can be shipped at all.
  • The packed size and gross weight of one selling unit, measured on the finished package.
  • Your destination countries, main one first, because channels and costs differ by country.
  • Any battery, motor or other powered part, with its specification or a photo, since it decides which channels accept the parcel.

Say too whether orders ship one by one from China or in bulk to an overseas warehouse: the two are priced differently.

How does my supplier address the parcel, and when should it arrive?

Ask for the complete warehouse address block once, in Chinese and in English, before you brief the supplier. One seller in the week to 2 October asked for the postcode, then the city, one message at a time across two days. Hand the supplier the Chinese block for the label (the English one is for your records), and ask for a photo of the label before the parcel leaves.

A carton sent into a closure waits for the reopening, so time a first inbound to the working calendar, as planning for factory holidays explains.

How will each parcel be matched to the right order?

By telling the warehouse what is coming before it arrives, and marking each parcel so it can belong to only one place: agree how the supplier sends the stock as part of the intake, then announce each inbound and its contents when it ships.

When every unit is made for one customer, have the supplier write your store order number on each parcel, so parcel and order meet on one key.

What gets checked when it arrives?

The goods are checked against the reference you agreed: the variant, visible damage, included parts and packing condition (what is checked on arrival). Nothing is inspected before it reaches the warehouse.

Two things are yours to settle before the first carton moves. Name any measurement or photo your decision depends on, so the check and its evidence are agreed before ordering. And agree what happens to a faulty unit from a factory you chose.

What will it cost?

One per-order price covering handling and shipping together, quoted for one destination and one selling unit. There is no published rate card for stock you send in, and any separate line, such as branded packaging, is shown on the quote before you approve it. The terms for holding stock are in the FAQ on pre-stocking.

Before your supplier ships, ask for the receiving and check terms in writing. A complete product-and-destination brief gets a completed quote within one working day; what is included is listed on the services page.
