One of today's leads sent us a couple of product links from a sourcing platform we simply can't access on our end — it's blocked here — so step one of that conversation was just "can you resend that from AliExpress instead." Small logistical hiccup, but a good reminder that not every tool available to a seller overseas is available to us on this side, and vice versa.
A seller already receiving orders for a tabletop fountain with extra filters asked whether the product could be shipped to Israel. The sourcing reference, bundle contents and destination were needed to check a route.
An apparel seller reported that a supplier's measurements differed from the reference used previously. Several suppliers gave consistent measurements, but that did not itself settle whether the available version suited the seller's customers. Compare the actual dimensions with the required version before approving it.
