Account economics · ready now

See whether an account pays after the work it creates.

Turn one period from your invoice or working Sheet into support-adjusted contribution. Include actual product and shipping cost, fees, exceptions, referral commission, support labour and overhead; then compare the result with contribution and service-load thresholds you control.

Private working record

Account economics worksheet

Values entered here stay on this browser page. They are not submitted to RyanFulfil, saved in browser storage or sent to another service. Copy, print or download the record before closing the page.

Use an internal account or store reference, not personal data. Do not paste customer names, addresses, order exports, bank details or credentials. Keep the source invoice, shipping record and support log separately.

1. Account and period

Use one account, one consecutive period and one currency. Count only orders that were paid and shipped in that same period.

Use the same three-letter currency for every amount.
Used for contribution and support time per order.

2. Revenue and direct account costs

Every amount is required. Enter 0 only when the source records confirm that the cost was zero; a blank field is treated as missing, not as zero.

3. Support labour and overhead

Choose a documented internal basis and use it consistently across accounts. The worksheet multiplies support hours by hourly cost, then adds allocated overhead.

Include account management and exception handling on the basis you document.
Use a consistent allocation method; do not use a convenient residual.

4. Your operating thresholds

There is no RyanFulfil benchmark hidden here. Set the minimum contribution margin and maximum support minutes per order that fit your own operation.

5. Evidence completeness

Mark a check only when the source record supports it. Missing checks make the working result provisional without changing the arithmetic.

Account result

Contribution is revenue less every entered account cost. Position compares the result only with the two thresholds you supplied.

Enter one account period, then choose "Calculate account economics".

This is a working calculation, not a source record, quote, benchmark, forecast, ranking instruction or profit promise. Missing costs can make a positive contribution look real when it is not.

Decision frame

Contribution and service load answer different questions.

Use a matured period and the same measurement basis across accounts. The position suggests where to investigate; it does not make the decision for you.

High contribution / low service load

Protect the account and expand carefully without weakening the operating standard.

High contribution / high service load

Manage it as a strategic account and remove recurring work before adding volume.

Low contribution / low service load

Standardise or automate the scope before adding complexity.

Low contribution / high service load

Reprice, narrow the scope, correct the process or reconsider the fit.

What this cannot establish

The worksheet cannot map a payer name to a store, prove that a cost export is complete, decide an overhead allocation, reconstruct missing support time or tell you which client segment should receive scarce capacity. Those require your source records and an operating decision. Keep missing evidence visible instead of silently assuming zero.
