Agency Desk

Apply for Agency Desk access

The Agency Desk is a founding-partner pilot. Every application is read by a person on the RyanFulfil team. Nothing here is automatic: no instant approval, no account created when you press send, and no joining fee.

About thirty questions, most of them one line. The ones that decide the outcome are your client count, your destination markets, your product categories, and the first client you would actually onboard. If you do not know an answer, leave it blank rather than guessing. A volume number that is too high sends us down the wrong path and wastes a week for both of us.

Tell us what you run

Every question below is one we use when we work out whether we can source your client's products, ship to their markets, and support the store you would connect. Required answers are marked with a red asterisk. As you fill it in, the panel above the send button shows the path your answers point to.

Required answers 0 required answers complete

Only questions marked with a red asterisk are required. The rest help us make a better first recommendation and can be left blank.

1. You and your business

We check that there is a real business behind the application. A sole trader with one client is fine. An anonymous form is not.

Add your full name.

The name on your invoices. If you trade under your own name, put that.

Add the legal name of your business, or your own name if you trade under it.

Add the country your business is registered in, or the country you live in.

Include the country code. This is where we reply.

Add a WhatsApp number with its country code.

Used for documents and quotes. Day-to-day work happens on WhatsApp.

Add a working email address.

Your agency or business site. No site yet? Put your main store or portfolio link.
LinkedIn, an agency directory listing, a community profile. Anything that shows you are real.
Including you. Contractors count if they work on client delivery.
2. What you sell today

This tells us whether fulfilment sits naturally next to what you already sell, and how much of the work would be new to you.

Choose the description that fits you best.

For example: Shopify builds, paid social, email and retention, creative production, marketplace management. Say what you charge for, not what you could do.
Platforms you work on
Worth knowing before you promise a client a hands-off setup: Shopify and WooCommerce connect both ways, so orders pull in and tracking uploads back and triggers the store's own shipping notification. On TikTok Shop, eBay and Etsy we send the tracking numbers to the seller, who updates the order manually.
Countries, roughly in order of volume. For example: United States, Germany, France, Australia. We ship to 150+ countries, but the route matters more than the count.
For example: home and kitchen, pet accessories, jewellery, baby, car accessories. Be specific. Regulated categories are checked case by case before we quote. Counterfeit, trademark-infringing and prohibited goods we do not ship at all. Either way it is better to tell us now than after you have sold the client.
3. Clients and volume

Numbers, not ranges. If you are estimating, say so in the note at the end. These answers decide which path we recommend, so an inflated figure only costs you time.

Clients selling physical products right now. Zero is a valid and useful answer.

Put a number here. Zero is a valid answer.

One client can run several stores. Count the stores.
Physical orders shipped last month, all clients added together. Exclude digital products and services.
Who sources and ships today: AliExpress direct, another agent, a domestic 3PL, the client's own supplier, or nothing yet. Name the tools if the client uses any.
The one that costs you the most time or the most refunds. This is the question we read for a reason to say yes.
4. The first client you would onboard

One real client, not a hypothetical. This is the part of the application we read most carefully, because it is what we would actually have to quote, source and ship.

What they sell, where they sell it, what platform the store runs on, and what is broken or missing today. You do not have to name the company. If you have no client yet, say what you are building towards instead.

Describe the first client or use case you would onboard, or tell us there is not one yet.

When the first order would realistically ship.
Your honest estimate for that first client, not a target.
For example: English and German, 09:00 to 18:00 CET. Our team works China hours, so this tells us where the handover sits.
Path you think you want
You are not committing to anything by choosing. If your answers point somewhere else, we will say so and explain why.
A link to your entry in a public company register, or a page on your own site that shows the registration number. Do not upload or paste documents here. This form does not accept file uploads, and we will ask for anything else we need directly in the conversation.
5. Before you send

Two policies and one consent. All three are required, and all three are things we would have to raise in the first call anyway.

Confirmations

Confirm the prohibited-product policy.

Confirm the approved-claims policy.

Confirm that we may store this application to assess it.

Constraints, deadlines, a category you are unsure about, a question you want answered before you commit. Also the right place to tell us which numbers above were estimates.

Recommended path

Answer the questions above and this panel updates with the path your application points to. It is a suggestion, not a decision. A person reads every application and confirms the route.

Nothing is sent automatically. The button assembles your answers into a message, opens WhatsApp with that message in the box, and leaves you to read it and press send. If you would rather not use WhatsApp, copy the application and email it to info@ryanfulfil.com, or paste it into whichever channel you already have open with RyanFulfil. Questions before you apply? Message the partner team.
